On October 17, 2003, we purchased the Royal House located at 140 East 5th Avenue in the historic Hackleman District of Albany, Oregon.  The house was built around 1873.

In mid-July 2003 the Royal House had a kitchen fire which caused smoke damage throughout the house. Our goal has been restore the home to first-class condition in a historically appropriate manner. We've been at the project for over two years, and the time has come to find a family that wants to live in the nearly completed restoration.
